Strawberry & Honey Overnight Oats
Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fiber)

1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup fresh strawberries, diced

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

A pinch of salt (optional, to enhance flavors)
Instructions:

In a mason jar or a bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds (if using), honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until everything is fully mixed.

Gently fold in the diced strawberries, reserving a few for topping in the morning.

Cover the jar or bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4-6 hours).

In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If you’d like it creamier, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt and mix it in.
